These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the developer of More Mindful ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the More Mindful iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
More Mindful is a mindfulness, focus, and journaling app that helps you track mood, tasks, focus sessions, and journal entries, and may request access to your calendar, reminders, microphone, and Apple Music library to support those features.
You may need to create an account (via email/password, Google, or Sign in with Apple) to use certain features and to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your journal entries, tasks, focus sessions, mood logs, and other associated data from our servers and cannot be undone.
More Mindful offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that unlock premium features.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineering it beyond what is permitted by law, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, mood logs, and other content you create in the App ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide and sync the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Music, Apple Calendar/Reminders, and cloud sync/AI providers) to provide certain features. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
More Mindful is intended to support general mindfulness and productivity habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time as described in Section 2.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@daviddevelopers.com.
Where these custom Terms do not otherwise apply, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs your use of the App, as required by the App Store Terms of Service.
