More Mindful is built around a simple principle: your reflections, journal entries, mood, and focus history belong to you. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we treat it.
We collect the minimum needed to make the app work: account information (email, sign-in identifier from Apple, Google, or email), and the content you create inside the app (entries, tasks, focus sessions, settings). When enabled, we sync this data so it's available on your devices.
Cloud sync is end-to-end encrypted. Personal content is tied to your account and is not used to train external AI models. LIA's coaching is scoped to your data, on your behalf.
Social features are optional and off by default. You choose what to share and with whom; you can revoke access at any time.
You can export your data, delete individual entries, or delete your account entirely from inside the app. Deletion is permanent.
